Hello my friend and welcome,

Thank you for allowing yourself to learn about better health---the "Whole Personal Care" that you create through Blue Green Organics.

This year, I decided I needed to change my life.   EVERYTHING!

Reflecting back to my childhood, I realized that I suffered with sore throats, laryngitis, constipation, sciatica, and eczema.   About four years ago, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism.   I was told that I would have to take medication for the rest of my life.   Naturally, I thought it was the end of the world.   Then I paused for a moment and I asked myself, "Am I going to succumb to these imperfections and handicaps or am I going to change?"   I regained my composure and started to think about my health.

Through life's trials, tribulations, traumas, tragedies, deaths, fortunes and misfortunes, I realized that fabricating fear can deteriorate your body, mind, heart and soul.   Illness and diseases demands that we turn inward and become conscious of ourselves. Refusing to let go of past events, whether they were positive or negative, can mean throwing away some part of your daily energy.   If you start losing energy and don't do anything about it, you will inevitably develop a weakness in your physical body, which can show in your appearance.   Negative attitudes will arise and you will begin to feel powerless and lifeless.

I fell victim to this, until one day I decided that I did not want to feel this way anymore.    Life is entirely too short to be miserable, angry, and complaining all the time. I decided that I was going to love myself and life regardless of my problems or situation. Yes, I understand that everyone has problems. The key is figuring out how to work through your problems.   It is not easy.

By nature, human beings are dependent creatures and creatures of habit.    I started to investigate myself and the state of my personal needs. Every experience in life draws us into ourselves.   Whether I succeed or fail, do I get better or worse? That is the question I asked myself.   The answer is: I want to get better and to be a better person.   Slowly, I started to create an agenda for myself, beginning with time management.   The most important thing you can do for yourself is learn to manage time.   I admit it is difficult.   In managing time, you have to put yourself first on your agenda!   The best way to do this is to learn to say no.   You have to remain focused on the fact that you must come first on your "own" agenda.   Plan and set realistic goals for yourself.   Affirm them each day.   This is called healing.

Healing is a "present time" challenge.   It requires internal cleaning and external cleansing. Healing is the process of clearing out the negative parts of your history.   Every positive choice activates a new current of energy in your life.   A new step or change does not have to be big to be effective. It can be gradual. You just have to start.

Along with healing, create a new vocabulary when discussing or sharing your change with others.    I started using healing and spiritual words, terms, and phrases.    I started saying "no" to certain situations without feeling guilty.   I am not telling you to be selfish and forget about people you love. Rather, find an inner peace that will help you overcome the aches, pains, anxiety and fears that hold you back.   You are your greatest asset.   Start putting your time, effort, and money into grooming your greatest asset---YOU!

I am my greatest asset.   I have started a healing program that works for me. It covers four basic elements :   physical, mental, emotional and spiritual .    I have started to THINK more optimistically by referring to my change as a "spiritual journey".   There is a great power in learning something new each day.   Whether I read a new book, take a dance class, try a new recipe, or take a college course, I find learning activates passion.   Passion is power. It is the strongest energy we can generate in our body.

I have so much to be thankful for.   My parents, family, friends, and associates have all been an instrumental part of my life. They have made me the person I am today.

In order to create the "Whole Personal Care" begin by investigating yourself.   What are your needs?    What do you want to change in your life?   How can you feel and look better?   How can you be a better person?    Create a plan.   Set realistic goals.   Reaffirm your goals.   Start cleansing.   Start smiling and laughing.   Start healing.   Don't be afraid of change--- just begin.

GET THE ENERGY FOR YOUR LIFE!
